My son has MSPI and it has been a real struggle these past few months to cook for me and my family. Thanks to this cookbook, meal planning is MUCH easier! In order to continue nursing, I knew my diet would have to change and was overwhelmed with how I should go about this dietary change. This cookbook was extremely helpful especially with the "Ingredients to Avoid" and the "Product List" sections. I noticed that the individual with the negative comments, complained about the "Product List" not being accurate. I NEVER had a problem as long as I stuck with the specific product Mrs Wise listed. As a new mother, who continues to be sleep deprived, struggling with this "new" life of motherhood & nursing, and concern with my daughter's MSPI, I was thrilled to find some easy recipes that I could throw together which my picky husband thoroughly enjoys. Mrs Wise I would like to extend my thanks to you from my entire family. |
