It took a bit of searching, but I eventually came across Steve Carper's "Planet Lactose" website and blog, and learned about his books.Mr. Carper is a professional writer (of science fiction books) as well as someone who was diagnosed with lactose intolerance in the 1970s, back when there was far less information available, and far fewer resources and options for treatment. He made it his mission to learn everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, about the condition and then to share all this information generously with others.
